The Fango Maturo at La Residence Hotel <\/strong>contains, in particular, a family of cyanobacteria called Phormidium strain ETS05 that is produced exclusively in our maturation tanks. The anti-inflammatory action has been tested and verified by the University of Padua and recently patented at European level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been shown that a cycle of mud-balneotherapy sessions<\/strong> leads to a significant improvement in mobility, muscoskeletal stiffness and a slowing of joint cartilage degeneration in the body. Balneotherapy is the second phase of this process involving theuse of the mineral-rich thermal water<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The thermal water<\/strong>, which gushes out in our private springs at a temperature of around 86\u00b0C, belongs to the category of hyperthermal saline-bromine-iodine waters<\/strong>. It is of meteoric origin and comes from the basins of the Lessini Mountains in the Pre-Alps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The balneotherapy<\/strong> consists of the immersion of the body in an individual tub containing dynamised saline-bromine-iodine thermal water at a temperature of 36\u00b0\/38\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The significant effects of balneotherapy are directed at the musculoskeletal system<\/strong>, in particular at the joints, offering ease of movement by improving their activity, and at the muscles, by releasing them from tension and helping to reduce pain.
